I'd see it as pro-Trump. "Stronger leader" typically has austere and militant implications.

In any field, just because you have "plenty" of experience does not mean you automatically do your job well...
I know many people that have 10-30 years of experience and still get out performed by people with half of their time in the industry...
Years of experience does not equate to being the most qualified for the job, your results have to back up your experience...
While Hillary may have 30 years of political experience it's been one disaster after the other with her...
There is not one thing she accomplished that she was able tout and run on other than I'm a woman and it's my turn...
