All you had to do was nominate somebody remotely electable in a general election. By my estimation, you had 5-10 such candidates to choose from. No, you said. That would be capitulating to the establishment, you said. We're angry, you said.
So congrats on electing a criminal. Your party may never recover from this, but at least you stood up for your principles.

There is a 0% chance that Romney, Bush, Cruz, Kasich, Paul, or any of the other establishment pieces of shite in the primary would've even stood a chance in this election. They would've folded faster than Hillary's knees in the heat.
Look at how they treated the election. They withdrew support for the candidate, never publicly criticized Hillary or the media, withdrew group support from their party, cried like babies after the Primaries, publicly denounced their voting bases support for Trump.
You think they magically would've acted differently if elected?

Absolutely. No one to blame but themselves. In an election that was ripe for the taking, they nominated a slightly more evolved primate. As an independent voter, this is infuriating. I would have voted for Rubio all day, but never this ill-tempered a-hole.
