so they don't the no alcohol think that other Arab countries do?

not in Dubai, some places in Abu Dhabi but there was still plenty of bars and clubs

great beaches, cool scenery, amazing hospitality (although some of it feels forced due to workers not being Emirates on work visas) … Ferrari World, WB World, Atlantis, fun place.

Obviously this is a sad outlier situation, but I mean people just got shot and killed in a terrorist attack in Austin (tourist city) while at a bar … what’s really the difference?
I mean being stuck in Dubai doesn’t seem like the worst place to be, it’s freaking awesome there
any details on who took the POS down? Only two casualties is a miracle…was it law enforcement, a citizen or did he off himself?
we were just hit with a pathetic act of terrorism and the first few pages of the thread are all people shitting on/dunking on Austin which is also sad.

these were just adults hanging out at a bar at night killed by a terrorist who probably shouldn’t even be in our country to begin with, to “honor” his “religion”
when it was Dylan Roof, we had statues removed, merchandise pulled off of shelves, TV shows like Dukes of Hazard pulled off the air…. where are the calls for this when it’s driven by radical Islam?

Where is the left and media drive to change? why the double standard?
always an Aloha Snackbar

religion of peace

Trump looks more foolish in that silly photo everytime I see it. I hope our service personnel remain safe. They deserve better.

He should just look at his watch and barely care like Biden right?

your act is tiresome

Stop Asian hate was just a fart in the wind.

My favorite part of that was Latoya Cantrell tweeting about stop Asian hate and her comments blowing up with racist black people hating on Asians.

Forgot about this. That was one of the shortest ones and it completely backfired on the left and media … the stop Jewish hate and attempting to tie that to Trump was super odd too

they just keep trying slogans to see what sticks

got to 30 in the 66 on Friday, quads still sore this morning

i don’t mind wallballs so this was a decent workout for me…preparing myself to score nothing on heavy snatches and once the bar muscle ups come into play

Ok. What if none of that happens and it does work?
even so, with so many cellphones you would think there would be video or first hand accounts from someone near the scene

The UK is mostly irrelevant. A relic of the past.

It really does feel this way, and it’s a little sad
it says 3 others are in critical condition, so potentially 5 casualties plus the gunman but there’s no identity yet or social media videos or accounts from the crime scene six hours later?

the lack of details on this are strange for such a big shooting at a tourist location in US
weird how little information they have on this and in this article

all 80/20 issues easy win for R’s with this messaging

Ever notice how liberals, Democrats and moderate posters on here love to protest, "How dare you question our patriotism!"? Yet, whenever there's an opportunity to waive the flag, praise American goodness and excellence, or celebrate American achievement they act embarrassed, scoff, or use that moment to bring up America's blemishes? Every. Single. Time.

it’s even funnier with the Winter Olympics since it’s

1) mostly white people excelling (bad for the left)

2) but it’s mostly rich/weatlhy NorthEast and Pacific Northwest (traditionally left or supportive of left causes)

take for example, Minnesota…shitting on US Hockey doesn’t really align at all
