But I do know the influx of refugees is now going to skyrocket in the final 2 months of Obama's presidency.

Not the solution in my opinion. There are plenty of refugees who want to be nothing but good Americans and get a new lease on life.
I think there needs to be a serious evaluation of them on family to family basis to do knowledgable and quality vetting and then provide some sort of courses in the local culture, American values, what is expected of them and how they can best utilize the many new resources they're afforded as American citizens so that they can continue the proud American tradition of LEGAL immigrants bettering the lives of the families, the communities around them and the future for their children.
Those that don't want to participate in this can frick right off to the hell they came from.
