Republicans didn't have sanctuary cities. Its also well known that Ovama didn't actually deport that many. That administration counted turn around as deportations. Being deported from Minn and being turned around at the border are not equal in the slightest.
Playing with numbers (see also the way unemployed is calculated between the diff admins) doesn't really mean anything.

EDIT: I missed one of your points about asylum laws.
The asylum law states that:
Applicants must file Form I-589, Application for Asylum, typically within one year of arrival, proving past persecution or a "well-founded fear" of future persecution on one of those grounds
Most apply when they get caught at the border or get caught overstaying their visas. Everything about the asylum process is getting abused.

I would make them define every word like cisgender or transgender in court. Not just say the word, but literally define it. Maybe if they hear it out loud enough times they will see how ridiculous this whole thing has become.

Example: They have asked police NOT to assist ICE but now saying that they have to pay tons of OT to those officers.

Shouldn't matter. Walz apparently signed into law what an officer could and could not do when it comes to vehicles pointed their directions, so not only does it pass FED law, but it also passes state law.
