How many women drivers understand the concept of 'speed limits'?

My observation is that many of them just drive as fast as it takes to get up right behind whatever car is in front of them where they then ride along at that speed without passing that car.

My observation is the closer you get to North baton rouge. The drivers get worse and worse. And slower and slower.
