NCAA Football 14: Odd Powehouse Programs in Dynasty Mode

I'm sure anyone that has played dynasty mode has plenty of these stories. After about year 4-5 in the dynasty, you sometimes will have small or non power 5 conference programs finish in the top 5, compete and even win national championships.
I remember on one of my older dynasties Middle Tennessee State won several national titles and beat my arse on more than one occasion. In my current dynasty, Army has been in the top 10 pretty regularly but hasn't won a national title yet.
Currently the top 5 in my dynasty is:
1) Navy
2) Fresno State
3) Tennessee
4) Virginia
5) Boise State
Anyone else have any stories?

My last dynasty I did custom conferences and basically just put like the top 12 or something in there.
USC, Bama and a few others were like 3* programs after like a decade and were completely irrelevant lol.
Navy became a powerhouse along with Georgia Tech if IIRC. I would change the conferences around every once awhile though.

Georgia Tech is a 6 star program and was ranked number 1 for most of the season. They just lost 2 games straight in mine

Georgia Tech is always good in every dynasty. The computer is terrible at stopping the triple option.

Depends on how the CPU stacks each states Recruiting. Bama can't pick em all up. Eventually south Alabama a&M runs into a ton of 4*s and takes off

It's funny how the triple option dominates in that game. When I play, it's so ridiculously easy to stop the option for me.
