There is a reason we started saying 3rd and Baker. His 3rd down D consisted of bringing blitz from 20 yards away, or blitzing a LBer and dropping Pyburn into coverage. He really needs to be better on 3rd down. Damn near elite in every category until it gets to 3rd down. Not coincidentally, that is when most of the QB scrambles happened too

I don’t understand why people think Lane is trolling LSU fans.
A- he has posted a tiger emoji for big commits, has yet to do so for no reason
B- for 6 weeks the world has hated him and LSU fans are ride or die, why would he alienate us?
C- he trolls OM now but never did while there. People say he isn’t loyal, but whatever school he is at, even if for a brief time, he gives 100% commitment to them.
This tweet is mastery of marketing. You rile the fans up, build all day, around early afternoon fans start getting mad, tension builds, then 8pm Leavitt announces and the fanbase explodes like a nuke just went off. If Leavitt just announced randomly it would be Ho Hum

No one can ever just be satisfied at things. Just got a great portal addition. You don’t think Lane is evaluating OL and speaking to them? We all know we need more OL, why does every poster feel the need to bring it up in threads about other players or commitments?

I was told by someone that is close to the situation at noon today Demond Williams visited this weekend and was likely. Didn’t really believe it, but just wanted to wait and see. This has literally nothing to do with OM
A guy sitting for a year/being the backup to a dude with a bum foot for $6 mil then getting that same contract next year while learning the system/setting him up to be a heisman contender and high draft pick isn’t a bad deal for the kid. Getting both isn’t insane
With that said Demond for 2 years would be amazing
