FIFA has ordered that a World Cup qualifier between South Africa and Senegal be replayed after the referee awarded a penalty for a non-existent handball and was banned for life for match manipulation.

Too bad we couldn't get any replays in Concacaf .. a year or two ago Mexico was winning every game by a late penalty .

Unless there was proof it was intentional i dont get this. Ill say that even knowing it wasnt, the way the Senegal player had his hands out it kinda looked like a handball.
