Much like orientation, race, etc, it would only be enforced in one direction.

Dems would be protected while excuses would be made for why others don’t deserve protection.

The same ones that have established precedent for those other classifications?

I don't understand. Do we have Republican and Democrat water fountains, bathrooms, and lunch counters?

When you're John Galt... no protection required.

Three of those aren't by choice. One is.

As a Libertarian, I laugh at all of you though.

So what? You're saying that the only protections that should have human rights protections are those in which the person has no choice? Sure you want to go there?

Well, so far nobody has been able to identify what kind of protections one needs pertaining to their political affiliation. The OP's post seems to be rooted in victimization. I don't get it. Maybe somebody can explain it.

The same protections that other forms of discrimination have? Maybe sue David Crosby for wanting to exclude Trump voters from his concerts?

However, if an employer was found to be firing employees based on voting records or campaign donations they should be open to civil liability IMO.

That woulda been a problem for a buncha old republican boys in the 2012 election.

I suppose the same as the other protected groups. I just saw on Ingram Angle that Washington actually already does this per her guest. Can't discriminate against political views. Don't know who it was cause I missed the segment (just heard the guy say it).
