What are some free perks you get from your job?

I get 3-4 pairs of tennis shoes a year, sweatshirts, and other clothing, half off lunch in cafeteris

Sometimes Wednesday before Thanksgiving we get off at 4:00 instead of 5:00. It's really nice.

Coffee/Tea/Soft Drinks in our break rooms.
Work whatever schedule I want.
Work from home when I need to.
Year end bonus, and overage profit sharing on top.
10% of base salary added to 401k each year.
Catered lunch once a month.
Random yearly gift. So far yeti drink cooler, North Face fleece top, and gym bag.
Random crap from vendors. Jerky, nerf gun, Tile key finder thing, etc. Also get taken out to lunch whenever they come by, usually a couple times a month.
Cell phone bill paid for.
New one this year: firm will pay for renewal of all my certs and my yearly professional org fees. And conference attendance. Thanks ISO 27001!
