Probably won't get much until closer to the weekend.
Haven't played the last few because it's basically been "Played one, played them all" but the open world concept is intriguing enough to bring me back

Did see that it’s going to be open world. Will likely pick it up at some point. I always have fun with these games. It’ll be interesting to see how the new format plays out but it sounds cool.

These games are a guilty pleasure of mine, but I haven't played "Dynasty" Warriors in a pretty long time.
I've played Hyrule Warriors, Warriors Orochi 3, Dragon Quest Heroes 1 and 2, Samurai Warriors, and Fire Emblem Warriors but not a mainline Dynasty Warriors game since the PS2 days.

Apparently the framerate is bad on a base PS4/Xbox One. That's all I know thus far.

What's kinda disappointing is there is no co-op. Now is the perfect time to make this co-op again in an open world!

Why? Framerate has been pretty solid on the Warriors titles released on Xbox/PS4.

The open world environment, larger terrain, more stuff to do thus more characters, etc.
It did get 35/40 by Famitsu so that's something positive at least though
