Gang Member Shot To Death Inside Utah Courtroom

SIAP. Damn. Guy had to know that was a suicide mission.
Basically, a gang member attempted to stab a courtroom witness to death with a pen he snatched from one of the lawyers.
He failed.
ETA: The family of the dead gang member has subsequently filed suit for what they claimed was excessive force used during the shooting.
