Nurse anesthesiologists are a thing. I've only ever had them for sedation. I've had problems with anesthesia before, so an anesthesiologist always handles it when I go in for surgery, but I've heard of instances where the NA does it.

It's really not that surprising. A lot of black males, especially younger, have been negatively impacted by illegal immigration.
They used to have good jobs in the trades, and that's gone down due to illegals. Blacks used to dominate trades like masonry, sheet rock, concrete, etc., and they don't anymore due to being undercut on labor. Some of the most anti-illegal things I've heard spoken was from blacks.

Their sales have been pretty consistent ~4-5$ million per quarter with the occasional higher quarter (note that the prior quarters that were higher didn't necessarily translate into higher profits).
I'd want to see some indication they can maintain this recent increase somewhat consistently before throwing anything at it.

I had a piece of tater go down the wrong pipe about a year ago. I tried hacking it up and couldn't. After that, there was some stomach acid/bile that come up my throat, and that cleared it out.
