If Alcohol has been acceptable, in places likr Colorado and California, is it also acceptable to gift weed?

Buy a box of sanitary pads. Open each one and place a small square of chocolate in the middle of them. Leave the box open when you wrap it and make sure it gets nice and warm before you take it to the party.

I have a small grow in my basement and a couple of my neighbors and a few coworkers do as well. We all grow different strains and usually exchange strains with each other.
Kind of similar to wine connoisseurs exchanging bottles of wine with each other for a little variety.
