Gnome, go watch Seattle is Dying, or the NBC Dateline on tent cities and homeless of LA from last Fall..

Or why Chi, Det, DC, SF, Providence, etc..have the problems they do..

They all are run by the same party, and ideologies, and are fast becoming bastions of ruin.

These are people that call heroin and meth addicts just homeless, coddle and alibi their addictions..deniabilty of their root causation..no willpower to truly fix it..etc..
