Basically I'm assuming that the USL is a better league than several countries' top divisions.
But of these nations, who has the best domestic league?
I'm essentially trying to figure out where the USL would stand in comparison to every nation's top flight league.

The USL might be comparable to Malta or Azerbaijan.
