What's your preferred Gold Cup lineup?

With the players currently available and healthy, here is my preferred lineup/formation.
Thoughts:
1. The only player who covered themselves in glory tonight was Holmes. Dude was quality and I think he deserves a start over Roldan, Lletget, Djordje, etc. He also does a lot of defensive work.
2. Left back is still up in the air. If we are doing the inverted RB thing then we probably go with Ream at LB. Ream is also comfortable playing in a 3 man back line, which is what that formation becomes in possession. I like what Robinson offers going forward but he's also been very shaky defensively and looked sloppy tonight.
3. I'll admit I've seen very little of Boyd, basically just highlights on youtube, but he's a dynamic player with good technique who can put in goals from the wing position- something we sorely lack.
4. That left CB spot is up for grabs. Miazga is certainly our best option at right CB but CCV and Zimmerman both make a case. I think that Zimmerman is better with the ball at his feet and is a better threat on set pieces. CCV also makes sloppy mistakes all too frequently.
5. First players off the bench: if we are looking for dynamic wing play, I'm a big fan of Amon. If we are looking for a more defensive winger then we go with Nipples. For an offensive spark in the middle I would go with Lletget with Roldan (mayyyyyybe Trapp) if we are going more defensive.
ETA: No Robinson, no Amon, no Sargent, and Lletget out with an injury. Bah humbug.

4-1-2-3?
That’s Zimmerman or Long right?

Yes. I haven't paid much attention to either to have a preference. I know Long won MLS defender of the year last season, but I've heard Zimmerman has been one of the best this season, so I don't know.

So of this Starting XI, Bradley will definitely be done by next WC and maybe Altidore...would rest be still of decent playing age?

Altidore may still be on the team as a sub. I don't think anyone else will be over 30. Lovitz will be ~30, but he's just a placeholder (i.e. Gloster will be 23, Bello 20, etc).
