Whats up with the hatred for entire generation? i feel like this is a strawman fallacy....i was born in 85, so im a millenial....i dont really know anyone who fits the stereotype though. I paid myself through undergrad and my masters as did.many of my friends. Most people i know in my cohort work hard, save, and many have started families. That includes.liberal and conservative friends. Maybe i just have good parents?

Really just wondering how often this stereotype is true...have any of you actually met a millenial like this, or.have you only read about them?
also, people will click ANY link containing the word "millenial"

This site has a fascination about millenials and tie everyone in the millennial generation to liberal trust fund kids from the North East.

I think opinions come from the small vocal social media people. Those are the people that constantly bitch about not being able to live like their parents at 25.
My generation damn near broke the economy buying shite they couldn’t afford on credit. I call them the credit generation. I remember friends of mine making $40,000/year but getting loans to buy $400,000 homes.
Millineals don’t even have access to that. I’ve had a couple young guys work for me, and they seem like pretty stable, level headed guys. Don’t fit the stereotype at all.

So, you're born in 85, age 33,34 now.
And you're proud announce most people you know have done these things.
shite, every person in every generation should have accomplished these by mid 30's.
Not only is it that a lot of millennials have not done anything yet, you're wanting a trophy for the ones that have done so.
