6 keepers each year. With 1 round escalation, sale was first round pick so he can’t be kept. We have 3 utility spots plus a 1B/3B and 2B/Ss spot in lineup other than the traditional starting lineup. Godly would replace Alonso at 1B.

shite my bad. I meant to ask who Alvarez would be replacing. Either way, it's probably a fair enough trade as it is. Nola is having a bad year thus far, but I've been waiting since 2010 for Sale's arm to fall off of his body.

He would replace either Adam jones or Brian Reynolds. So definitely an upgrade... that was my thought too. I also thinking Alonso might come back to earth a little in the second half and have to imagine Goldy and Nola might turn it around
