What are we doing with Austin Ekeler today boys?

As crazy as it sounds I traded FOR him in a PPR league since I’m 0-3 and desperately need to win this week against a division opponent who’s 2-1.
Gave up McLaurin and Darrell Williams for him and Mike Williams, I love McLaurin but my WRs are stacked and he was on my bench, my RBs are sucking bad, I figure Ekeler can be a flex play even with Gordon back
ANYWAY, all this talk about Gordon being “good to go” has me worried, whole purpose of this trade was to get Ekeler against Miami, he goes off and I steal a win.
You guys still starting him? Lowering expectations?

Yes indeed start him today. Gordon won’t take up much work today and Jackson is out. Should be big day for Ekeler.

Yea I mean I’m starting him for sure. I just hope Gordon doesn’t vulture a TD.

They don’t want to play Gordon much today. Just need someone to spell Ekeler a little

If Jackson was healthy, Gordon probably wouldn’t play at all. But since he’s not, I think Gordon maybe gets 10 plays with 6-8 carries later in the game. Ekeler will get his work today.
