It's gonna be tough. The only thing that you have that would upgrade his team is a TE. You may have to out a TE with Shady and a WR for one of his RBs and a WR.

He's got 3 other RBs that are probably better than McCoy. Even if he accepted that trade he wouldn't start Shady most weeks.

This dude either has shite luck or is just mismanaging his start/sits.

With Golladay and Cooks on his bench, I'd say he's ok at WR. I'd look for another trade partner
