Good Move or Desperation: Trade Advice

Currently at 3-4, but spots 3-6 are all only 4-3, so on the cusps of the playoffs (top 6 make it). Full point PPR.
Just got offered Mark Ingram and Calvin Ridley for MT13 and Jordan Howard.
Team currently is:
WR: MT13, Chark, Marvin Jones, Curtis Samuel, Gallup, and AJ Green
RB: Bell, Royce Freeman, Kenyan Drake, and Jordan Howard
I would significantly up my RB level, but scared that the hit to my WR may be too much.
TIA for any feedback.

I'm not doing it. You can do a lot better than Ingram/Ridley for MT.
MT is on his way to finish as WR1. I'd target one of the big dogs like Zeke, Chubb or Bell. So offer like a MT & Howard/freeman for their Zeke/chubb/bell + lower WR
