Seems the game has changed, the more of a "sure thing" something is the more people bet on that sure thing, and then the complete opposite occurs.

I'd like to see the "highest projected" week for every player has in comparison to their Actual that week.

Ie. player A week 7 is projected for 15 and week 8 projected for 19(highest projected for the season), and then that 15 projected ends up 13 or 17 actual (normal deviation), but that 19 gives you a 6 (statistical anomaly).

A few years ago there was a betting issue where insiders would bet on the lowest picked players to maximize their chance of winning (those players hit, automatic win)

I think something is going on. It could be that coaches are using data analytics to craft the defense? Ie. Oh Data suggests that Julio will kill us this week so let's put 3 guys on him, and then Julio's juicy match up ends up a surprising dud.

Or something a bit more nefarious is going on. ie lots of money on the over, lets see what all 3 of your RBs can do this week.

The increase in DFS and fantasy coverage in general has made people more informed. We’re just more aware of good plays that bust now.
