After looking at the Fla. Game replay last night, I definitely think we will miss RP. He played a good game and that experience is hard to replace especially going to Auburn and Florida this year.

Yeah I think LSU should just give up on this football season, I mean with RP life just isn't worth living.

He can win the Heisman as long as we win the game

After watching the SEC championship game v. Tennessee, we would have lost if not for a couple of heroic plays by the defense late in the game.

Yeah, whatshisname was given the MVP award, but it wasn't exactly a "Wow!!!" performance.

I don't miss him one bit. LSU lost the #1 draft pick to the NFL, plus three other first-round draft picks after the 2006 season and we went out and won the national championship in 2007.

Whatshisname couldn't sniff JR's jock and hasn't accomplished 1/10 of what JR did and some people on this board are beside themselves like we lost a three-year starter.

The guy was an undependable sub who had more suspensions than starts. He's gone. Get over it.

LSU will be just fine. We still have Les and the Wiz. I, for one, am extremely optimistic about the offense.

I just watched RP in the Florida game too. It made me realize we might get to run three plays without calling a timeout. Think about it, the possibilities are endless!!

I watched the 2007 Sugar Bowl and knew we'd be screwed without Jamarcus Russell.........oh wait. I think everybody knows RP's going to be missed but move on. Build some confidence behind our new QB's.

sure we'll miss him, but damn, he's gone. He's not coming back. All the speculation is a huge waste of time. Focus on what we have, focus on the players who chose to be civil and follow rules. If you live in the past, you wont last.

Cant wait to see what kind of showing RP has this year. I especially think he'll be great in the bull poker game, but im equally excited about watchin him waste all that UNBELIEVABLE GOD GIVEN TALENT spurring a bull at "THE FARM" on those weekends in October.

not to be a dick, but DUH!!

I don't get how some people just act like losing Perrilloux is no big deal... its a huge loss, he was a great talent and I think we would have had legit title contention with him at the helm in spite of our youth and inexperience on D, mainly the linebackers and corners.

I think we can still be competitive for the SEC ship' but its gonna be tough unless one of our QB's steps up big time.
