I hope to goodness they have an entire section on systemic oppression.

"ITS TOO vague for me" to understand
I see self oppression.
Example: single mother of 5 children with 3 different men by age 26...works 3 jobs... never home...big screen TV, 30 games and 2 pair of air Jordens for the oldest.
"System" suggest white man doing something to black people to keep them poor.

Those idiots aren't thinking about what they are doing. They just defined racism such that anyone without the ability to perpetuate institutional or systematic oppression can't be racist.
