How did you find out we were going to the N.C ?

I got a phone call from a friend who was on his way back from the SEC game with TGBFTL, and he was on Moorehouse's bus. She came over the microphone and said, "I just got a phone call from the TAF, and we will be going to a bowl in New Orleans." Well at that point, everyone assumed it would be the Sugar Bowl, but if you know Moorehouse, you know she's always got something up her sleeve, and she continued with, "However, it will not be the Sugar Bowl." It took about 3 seconds to register in everyone's heads what she said, and you would have thought there was an earthquake on the damn bus. One of the best moments of my life.

I knew it was pretty much a done deal when I watched Pitt knock off WVU a couple of miles from the Georgia Dome! A call from someone close to the program confirmed it the next day.

I was at a sports bar here in Cali. been there all day watching NFL and was hella drunk. Saints lost the game on the "reverse" where Bush fubled (I think). After the game the place cleared out a bit and I was just sittin there drinking and waiting! Once they said it, the pain of the Saints went away and was replaced with joy!

I was posting on here while watching the Pitt/WV game. It was pretty cool watching lsumatt turn into a TD legend.
I think I stayed up till about 2 in the morning reading posts on here and watching ESPN for their analysis.

I watched the Bowl Selection Show on Fox (which sucked) at home. Like Stromile, I knew it was pretty much locked up when Pitt beat West Vagina....Wanstadt is THE shite!!
What a season...I started off just knowing LSU would play for the championship, then hope goes out the window after Darren "Optimus Prime" McFadden runs all over us....then pure joy the night after the SEC championship. Talk about a rollercoaster.

I'm pretty sure this season solidified what LSU fans already knew...Jesus Christ himself is a Tiger fan.

My Dad and I were on our way back to P.C. from Atlanta after watching LSU win the SECCG. We were listening to the Big 870 - we couldn't believe what we were hearing as the WV/Pitt score was announced.
We pretty much knew when that game was over, we would be playing OSU for the NC. It was a great moment between father and daughter.

Well I watched the SEC and Big XII Championships the night before, and saw West Virginia lose, so I kinda figured, but there was still some doubt.
So the next night, I was studying for finals, and stopped to watch the selection show. As soon as they announced Georgia/Hawaii in the Sugar Bowl, I knew, and I called and texted all my friends.

After being in the Georgia Dome watching the Tigers beat the Volunqueers we walked back to our hotel, the Omni at the CNN center. Laid in bed watching Pitt upset WVU. I knew we were in then. Stayed up late watching ESPN analysis.
