Not sure if this is best board for this or not.
I'm looking at a used 2009 wrangler. 117,000 miles, V6, manual trans. Has a new soft top. Anything I should be aware of on this model year to look out for problem areas?

I have a 2006 TJ. I would find someone that knows Jeeps to go with you to look it over. They will know the signs of a misused Jeep. Is there any warranty? Not bad on the Mileage. I only have 135k on my 2006, but I really only drive to work.

You want a 2012 or newer.
The engines and axle combinations were a lot better in those years. Also, I believe the ‘07-‘11 had engine issues with burning oil as well.
ETA: or get a TJ, much easier to deal with. I suggest an ‘05/‘06
