LSU lock...if he were going to sign with BAMA he would wait until signing day. No way he announces BAMA today and then stays in LA throughtout his senior year catching hell by everyone in the state. He is an LSU lock for sure and it can be determined because of the time he is announcing.
I also think it has been determined that he committed silently after camp.

I'm going to shite a brick if rivals.com national analyst (assigned to the SE region) Barton Simmons (former publisher of a University of Alabama rivals.com site)...
Anyway, I'm going to shite a brick if this guy with loyalties to Bama - who is a now a newbie national analyst (he's been on it a year) - is able to get Bell's recruit ranking lowered after Bell commits to LSU.
In fact, I predict it's going to happen.

This is how it will shake out....Rivals likes to downgrade player rankings of kids who commit early, b/c that helps sell more subs (if someone doesn't understand that, then just stick around and keep paying attention).
So watch for Bell to commit to LSU, then as the WR position rankings are updated, you will see Bell drop several spots due to "concerns about his size".

yep I agree. It used to be a joke, but I've seen so many Ala. commits rise and LSU commits drop after announcement it's no longer funny, all this aside, I can give a shite about ratings b/c I trust Miles and company know what they're doing, but I still think the systems is crap.
