Vermont. Beautiful in the winter and much cheaper than Colorado or Utah

If you're a baller, Sheldon chalet. Only $4,600 a night.

Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock North Carolina. Very cheap flights from MSY to Charlotte via Allegiant and then an easy 2 hour drive.

Wild Horse Inn, Fraser Co which is just outside of Winter Park. Easy drive from Denver.

2 nights? You are going to fly somewhere for 2 nights? I'd make it at least 3.

Depending on what you want, there's no reason to go far. You can find a somewhat secluded cabin on a lake with a fire pit on enough acreage to feel alone in almost every state.

Idaho. Sun Valley. You can fly to SUN...or drive from there up to Stanley.
