Kudos to Taylormade and Precision Pro

I wanted to give a shout out to both these companies for their unbelievable customer service. First off, I have/had an M6 3-wood that cracked at the bottom of the face 2 weeks ago. I had an after-market shaft on it and took it back to PGA Superstore. They called Taylormade for a replacement and unfortunately they don't have any more of the D-type M6 that I had and probably won't have any until January or February. So, they offered me a Sim Max instead and will also replace the shaft with my after market shaft.
I have a NX-9 Slope range finder from Precision Pro and have loved it since I got it. FWIW, I had an older Bushnell prior to the NX-9. I started having issues with it and then all of a sudden received an E2 error message whenever I tried to use it. I called them and they overnighted me a new range finder at no cost.
Since both these companies hooked me up, I thought it was worth giving them both a shout out on our GB.
Happy Holidays everyone.

Awesome. Makes me think I should call Bushnell about my GPS device not coming on. I can’t find any receipt or purchase info from when I got it, though

I had my order number as I ordered it through them. It was only $200 and it’s awesome. Slope and within +\- 2 yards compared to my buddies $550 range finder.

Just got a Precision Pro NX-9 a couple weeks ago. So far so good.

Kudos to you for sharing the positive experience. Too frequently, it’s only dissatisfied persons who share their experiences on social media. Most satisfied customers just go on about their day, never expressing their satisfaction to the business or the general public.

Taylormade has always been good to deal with. Had a club ship that was lost in shipping. They send me a new one. When the original showed up several months later I called to tell them. They told me to keep it. If you ever call them to ask questions it’s amazing how much they’ll help you with club questions or fitting options. Top notch customer service.

Precision Pro is great.
Range finder flew out of my cart, quit working. They overnighted me a new one, no questions asked.

UPDATE:
I was told be the PGA Superstore that Taylormade was going to do everything they could to have the new 3-wood before Christmas and taylormade 2-week vacation. Unfortunately it didn’t happen. I called PGA Superstore around Jan 10th to find out the status and they said that TM has scheduled this to ship out on Jan 14th. No problem. In Jan 21st I call PGA store and ask the whereabouts. They call me back a few min later and tell me TM screwed up. Didn’t tell me what happened but just that they screwed up. So, TM is now going to send me the new Sim 2 as a replacement for my M6 to apologize for this delay.
TM is the goat.

I share this same sentiment but with Cobra.
Last year, from a 3rd party online vendor, I bought a newly\used Cobra F9 driver. Had it only about 2 months and it cracked towards the toe from front to back of the driver head.
Never did anything with it for almost a year. I decided to reach out to Cobra, told them the scenario. They emailed instructions on how to return it. I took the pictures, sent them the receipt from where\when I bought it, printed their shipping label, and off it went about 12 days ago.
Monday, brand new Cobra drive head sitting on the porch. Wasn't expecting anything, and they stood up!

TaylorMade customer service is top notch! Had the crown of my M2 fly off hitting some range balls and they sent me a SIM Max to replace it.
A week later my buddy’s SLDR weight broke, and he submitted a claim not really expecting anything. TaylorMade sent him a SIM to replace that!

While all of that is great from a CS perspective, it just goes to show you how inexpensive those heads likely are to produce, and how high the margins are on them.
