Saw a few ads for King Cake injected with pig liver. Marketed as "boudin king cake."

Who's had a pig liver king cake. How does the pig liver and the sugar taste when combined?

It sounds like it's just a Boudin King cake, as boudin usually has pork liver in it. Have you not heard of boudin king cakes? They have been a thing for the past 5 years at least.
