Doak building the Lido in Wisconsin

Mike Keiser has hired Tom Doak to build the Lido course in Wisconsin next to his Sand Valley resort. Will be private but available to resort guest.
This was on the Fried Egg Podcast.
The Lido story is interesting. Was built in a place where city growth consumed it. Plus an army base at one time I think.
