People arguing that shot didn't have a lot of luck is ridiculous. Suggs is a 33% 3P shooter so in-game that shot was maybe a 10%er for him. Practice makes it a 10% shot, luck carried the other 90%.

You could say that any shot at all is "lucky" with that logic, and I suppose technically you are correct, but people hit low percentage shots throughout every game, and most of them wouldn't be considered lucky.
