Schedule Change Saturday (Airline Schedule Changes)

For those of you with fall flight reservations October 6th - December 17th, be on the lookout for schedule changes this weekend. Delta just pushed their update through so expect to see some changes.
Good news is that a lot of rebooking you can do online rather than calling in and waiting for 4 hours. I found the last time my connection city changed I was able to rebook to any other flight time for free. If you do need to call in, I'd recommend calling the Delta Singapore line at +65-6336-3371. Apparently only 1 cent/minute on Skype so that's worth the cost imo. If you have any changes and want to look at options before rebooking, feel free to post here
SEA-DTW-BUF changed by 8 minutes on the outbound, getting in 15 minutes earlier.
BUF-DTW-SEA changed to 50 minutes later, getting in 45 minutes later. May see about changing this one as it's late at night

My RDU-CLE itinerary, leave 10/7 and return 10/7, was cancelled by Frontier a couple of days ago. My option was to rebook the outbound for 10/5. No option to return. ??
A non-essential trip that I only booked because of the rock bottom Frontier airfare. But I’ve already gone through the trouble of booking hotels, etc, so I took the refund and rebooked on American out of CLT, arriving into / leaving from CLE within minutes of the original Frontier schedule. Had to pay more for the flights of course but this let me keep my rental car booking. Changing it was going to increase the cost by a lot more.

I need DL to ease up on the damn prices from MSY/BTR to BNA for 10/22-10/24. shite is unreal.

I noticed this week they lowered prices for mid september, not sure late october is reduced yet. $525 out of BTR for reasonable times, $213 out of MSY isn't bad. Friday night to sunday night, $285 for main

Feel like this is going to be the case more often going forward. Or people end up booking the rental car last minute, but wouldn't suggest that to anyone now. Glad you were able to get direct on AA, prices look pretty good for that route

Got the first email from Delta about the schedule change this morning. Successfully changed my return itinerary BUF-DTW-SEA 6:30pm on a Sunday to BUF-ATL-SEA 2pm for no charge 
Still waiting for the schedule change to update the reservation going to BUF
ETA: Other update came through, switched SEA-DTW-BUF to SEA-JFK-BUF. Not counting on the upgrade SEA-JFK on one of the old 757s
