Had high hopes for Calloway

Anyone else thought he could have been a WR2 or flex at least? I mean last week he got a TD, but I had to drop him because of production. Thought he would have had more production given Thomas being out.

Everyone had high hopes for him bc he made 2 ridiculous touchdown catches against second string defenses. Those catches are once a season type thing

Not only did I have high hopes for Callaway, but I thought Jameis would be in the top 10-12 QB production. The Saints offense as a whole has been underwhelming. Even Kamara has looked bottled up at times (as he has for much of the last couple years). Luckily he is getting volume to partly make up for it.
But yeah, Callaway has not blossomed too well given the opportunity and looks like Harris may be the higher volume guy until Thomas returns, but that’s not saying much

He could do something this week, at home in front of fans for first time in a year, lot of emotion in this one

He’s not good enough to beat other team’s CB1 and most CB2s. He will be better off when thomas and smith return but by then it won’t matter bc they’ll be gobbling all the looks
You’ll never know when to start him therefore he’s a drop for me

That was actually Shaquill Griffin he was beating in the preseason.

This is always a question I ask myself
Dropped him after week 2. He was a low risk high reward draft pick for me and there’s always decent receivers on waivers. Picked up Marvin Jones Jr in his place
