Trade for a top QB or continue to stream?

Here is my current Roster with a record of 3-0. 12 man PPR.
QB Heinicke
RB Ekeler, McCaffery, Singletary, T Sermon , Gainwell
WR Metcalf, D Moore, J Chase, C Godwin, JuJu, R Moore
TE Kittle
D Steelers and K Bass

I am looking for advice whether or not to trade off a player for a top tier QB or continue to stream QB’s depending on matchups?

Really depends on what QBs are on waivers. You could probably trade a WR if another team has a QB and needs a WR. Someone may have a Stafford or Cousins as a backup.

I'm rolling with Carr right now.
