you can't really get a feel for how its going in the middle of the day. everything you will hear will be partial information or ancedotal.
6pm EST is when the action starts. Indiana and KY close first. They will be called in minutes for trump.
Fun will start when VA, NH and OH closes, 7pm est. Then NC and ohio at 7:30 EST.
If you want to get a feel early, watch the GA returns. Tehy will probably be more indicative than NC to start with. If GA is close, it will bode poorly for trump.
