It seems that turnout overall increased.
Latino majority areas seemed to be packed, thus the narrative.
What the MSM fails to say is white turnout in raw numbers is also way up. 70% of 122 million is way less than 70% of the projected 140 million to vote this cycle.
I think the election swings based on turnout of young white voters, I.e Bernie supporters.
