I once served child support court summons as a side gig for extra money.
I had to serve papers to the owner of a place I ate lunch at regularly and I knew the guy well.
Law is the law.

re: I haven’t heard about and drug boats being sunk lately…

The drug boats were a diversion to get naval assets in place for the Maduro operation

Just in, car prices raised $6-8k across the board
This, and it will add to the deficit.
I get the purpose, but it’s not a good idea. Lower regulations so cars can be made cheaper and manufacturers can make cars in demand without needing token models like EVs and compact cars that nobody wants in order to meet fuel standards. Sales of cars people want subsidize those models that dont sell. Eliminate those, and cost of cars we want can decrease
The GOP lately has voted in favor of several democrats bills but zero America first bills.
What’s the point of voting for them? They haven’t earned it

If NATO is moving assets then the UN meeting must have gotten everyone behind the U.S.

Yup. It’s over.
Now we have Witkoff making demands to the regime so apparently we now expect the mullahs to remain in control and are going to just try to keep them in check. Very disappointing and this is a major black eye on Trump.

Judge Boasberg on line 1.
A civilian judge has zero jurisdiction in military matters. That’s why the military conducts its own court proceedings with a military judge and jury panel.
For those who don’t know, a general court martial is for the most severe of crimes. Summary court martial is for minor infractions on enlisted members only and consists of one officer acting as judge and jury, Special court martial is for moderate offenses consisting of a judge and 3 members as jury. Punishments range from 1 year imprisonment to bad conduct discharge and forfeiture of pay.
General court martial is very serious and only for the worst of crimes. Consists of military judge and 5-8 juror members. Punishments are death, life in prison, dishonorable discharge or forfeiture of all pay.

Good. I voted for this
You’re correct.
Free speech is protected as long as you peacefully assemble
You can stand out there and bitch about ICE all you want.
Conspiring to interfere with federal officers to obstruct them from carrying out lawful operations to the point of attacking them is not protected speech. Those are illegal actions

Video must be AI. No way someone had ducks to shoot
Video is AI
No way someone actually had ducks to shoot

I know another regime that blacks out the internet and media and sends jackboots after protesters

Denmark should have gone after everything there. It has to have massive amounts of oil, natural gas, gold and so many other vital resources. The Danes fricked up big time.
Supposedly nobody was interested in trying to get those resources due to the ice and harsh climate
But Americans will do it. Never underestimate our desire and superior innovation when it comes to getting more oil. Within a year of acquisition of Greenland, there will be f250s, bars, strip clubs, bikini coffee shops, and the marina at Nuuk will be full of center consoles so the baws can catch arctic char on their off week.

Looks like the mullahs were offered a deal....relinquish power, save your families and move to Russia or some other Muslim shithole...or stay and we will end your bloodline within 6 hours.
Maybe but the Mullahs are likely playing Trump like China does on trade. They’ll tell him what he wants to hear and offer a few token wins in good faith to try to bide their time and run out the clock.
The mullahs only need a week maybe less to quash the protestors if nobody intervenes. They’ll get discouraged and give up.
Mullahs will die for their cause before they give up power

know I'm gonna get downvoted but Trump is being a dumbass with this whole situation. He's screwing over these people hardcore. Him flip-flopping over everything is annoying as shite sometimes.
This. He caved because Iran says they won’t execute one prisoner? I guess frick those thousands being murdered in the streets

Trump apparently almost green-lit a strike on Iran late last night, then pulled the plug minutes before execution. Iranian airspace has reopened and forces scrambled from Al-Udeid were told to stand down.
Wow. TACO Trump
This is seriously disappointing and Trump looks very weak here

one hand, Trump settling America's overdue scores in a limited fashion that makes the entire academic-defense class go "wait you can just do that?" is appealing.
It’s really shown the incompetence of our leadership for decades. Either incompetence or unwillingness to actually fix anything since WW2.
Vietnam, Korea, Iran Contra, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, etc all gigantic clusterfricks. Even Reagan who I love didnt accomplish what Trump did with Isis, Venezuela, and soon to be Iran. Though he gets credit for the fall of the USSR but that was simply us outspending them and letting communism come to its eventual demise.
Nobody since Truman dropped the nukes on Japan has used the might of our military as effectively as Trump to accomplish quick and decisive results with minimal casualties of Americans

It’s been 15 years since I’ve been on a good duck hunt limiting out on mallards easily (within an hour) where they just poured in consistently
The last great hunt where 8 of us limited out in 30 min and spent the next 2 hours watching them pour in like a tornado crashing through the trees and landing so close they splashed water on us was in 2011
