Someone made the point yesterday that all states should be divided into electoral college regions. It really is a good idea and should be pushed heavily for future elections.
There's no reason why millions of people in Northern California should have to always be represented by those who were voted in by San Francisco and LA. No reason why the rural parts of Pennsylvania should be silenced because Philadelphia stacked people towards the sky.
And same thing in the South. If Atlanta wants to be blue, they should be able to be blue.
