I don't discuss politics or religion at work in any capacity regardless if I agree or not. The only time I have was with a very good Muslim friend of mine who was in fear for his families life back in his home country because they refused to apply for citizenship and come here and they openly opposed the extremists there and were all very successful and educated which he feared made them a target. Other than that I have just seen how it can put a strain on a working relationship and AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FO THAT
