CA = rental cars. Hopefully some got plate numbers so it can be determined who rented the cars.

All they gotta do is say "oops, seems like a lot more mail in votes came in than were expected. 98% for Kamala, 2% for trump." Then after providing no transparency, and with no government agency asking questions, they can use the judicial system to tie the case up for years.
