At the school where I work in Fulton County, they sent the staff home at noon, but the voting continued,
We had a bomb threat and numerous other Fulton schools. Seriously doubt those Russian spies knew where any of these schools were! It’s my understanding that all the threats were called into schools that had voting at their location.

Again, any IT person would tell you those IP’s would be blocked. Or should be. Why would State networks need to communicate with bad foreign entities?
IT organizations block everything from Asia and Africa. That’s were most of the fraud comes from.
