Advice on Starting WR

What's the Boards advice on starting Mike Williams when I'm facing a team that's got Herbert as their starting QB. I've got Sutton or Godwin I could play. But playing Williamd could leverage some points from my opponent.

Personally, I don’t usually factor that into my decisions.

Herbert on the other team shouldn’t factor into your decision at all. Williams is what he is, a week winning boom player, or a bust player.
If you think you have a better team than your opponent I’d probably play Sutton. If you think you need a monster week out of someone I’d probably play Williams and hope he booms.
