Best dynasty website, formats, and rules that work for you

Starting a fantasy football dynasty league this season, looking for a solid website for dynasty leagues as well as roster formats and league rules that anyone has had success and fun with. General consensus so far has been no defensive players. Thanks in advance for any suggestions

My league is going into season 4.
We just use ESPN. Have roster spots set to 22 with two IR.
We can keep 18 players a year. And have a rookie draft each year as well.
Everything else is basic.

If the rosters are going to be big, I like starting a lot of players. 2 QBs or multiple flex positions
