CAR vs JETS: Who does better Darnold or Jets Def?

I didn’t draft a defense so I’m looking at Carolina or the Jets as options.
I picked up Seattle vs Indy (with news of Wentz, the center, and pascal in COVID protocols and Hilton dead).
Do we think NYJ may know how to attack Sam, or will he shred them? He knows all their plays, maybe he will give Carolina the play key to have their defense dominate the match up.
Anyway, start Seattle vs Indy or Car vs Jets?

Even if Darnold isn’t great, his receivers will make some plays and CMC will get his.
