They said tonight, there’s been no new positive test, I think they play

The current plan, pending the results of point of care tests, is for #Patriots-#Chiefs to play on Monday, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. It’s the preference from both teams, and there have been no additional positives so far, which is a positive sign.

Unfortunate. I have Mahomes I can’t risk him just not playing.

I had to emergency pick up Minshew and he plays today at 1.

My original backup QB was Cam.

so how are your leagues handling if more tests pop up between now and gametime and the game is ultimately postponed this week?

are folks who started chiefs/pats players just screwed?

We are announcing that we are starting a COVID sub, but prefer the NE/KC player.

For example, I'm starting Hockenson but have told our commissioner that I prefer Kelce. So, if the game is played, he will sub in Kelce before the game starts.

Not sure what platform you’re using but in a few leagues we chose to name a replacement player from your bench. If the game does get postponed then you get the bench players points. If not, business as usual

Patriots-Chiefs will kick off at 7:05 ET with full telecast on Monday night on CBS; Falcons-Packers kicks off at 8:50 et, per source.

This is how I am handling the league I am commish of. Set lineups as if the game will be played and name an alternate player from bench. If game is canceled I’ll adjust score accordingly.

No one should be penalized for a game being canceled due to a COVID situation.

I snagged Goff who plays at 3:15 so I have a few more hours to figure out Mahomes
