It's almost impossible because what the other person would need to give up would likely hurt their team. Unless they drafted a guy like Metcalf/Ridley/Allen who have overperformees and paired him with an emerging RB like Gibson.

If you have lost your top two RB and are hanging on to playoff hopes, I can see trading him to another middle-bottom team for a WR2 and RB1/2 combo.
