Some would say it's just baseball. Midweek games are good for seeing who you can trust in your rotation that you would normally not play on the weekend.
When you play guys you can't trust, mid majors beat power 4 teams all the time.

I don't know about other teams but you can watch almost all of the Dallas Stars games for free on Victory + app. They changed this a couple of years ago and I've been able to watch way more hockey. Bally sports use to cuck all anyone who lived in DFW with a black out or made you pay 15 bucks a month to grab limited hockey games and some Ranger games.
